Car remote starters

Car Remote starters began appearing on the market as an option for several American motors as early as 1983. This feature gained popularity however, after its use on General Motors’ W-platform in 1989. Car Remote starters operate by transmitting radio waves at a particular frequency. Modern remote keyless systems include encryption, that prevents the car from getting stolen. Car remote starters have a few buttons on them, for simplicity. One unlocks all the doors of the car, one locks all the doors of the car, and one starts the car. Of course, there are more complicated car remote starters also available on the market today, which have many more buttons, for car alarms, windows, roofs and other options.
Generally, the range in which car remote starters are able to transmit signals to the car via the remote keyless system ranges from 5 meters to 20 meters, and being outside that radius will not make the vehicle susceptible to functioning.
